Over the years we have built up a good tenant/landlord relationship with our clients. So much so that we think we are quite unique in having references from some of our former tenants commenting on the standard of our attitude/helpfulness, professionalism and the standard of work carried out.

It is to our mutual benefit to ensure that our tenants are happy with the standard of their accommodation, as we would like you to have as much pride in your temporary home as we have in our properties.
All tenancies are subject to the normal reference and credit checks and are binding by a Shorthold Tennants Agreement. The checks are carried out by an independent agency and all information remains confidential.
