Within easy commuting distance of the city it has wonderful beaches and countryside which are breathtaking. Where else in the country could you have so much on your doorstep.
In my experience once you have stayed in Newcastle you will be loathe to move away. Many tenants have come to me as students and stayed as they start their professional careers, only to then buy their own abode in the area. These are my adopted Geordies.
